We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Manager, GTM Systems to lead the strategy and execution of Salesforce and other sales technologies. This individual will manage a team of Business Analysts and Salesforce Administrators, driving operational excellence across our GTM systems stack. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with hands-on expertise, capable of performing configuration and optimization work directly in Salesforce. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to deliver scalable solutions that support business growth. What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Sales systems aligned with organizational goals.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in integrating and managing Salesforce with other sales technologies ( Outreach, People.ai, LeanData, Clari etc)
- Assist with user access, roles, user acceptance testing, release cycle, and production support as needed by teams.
- Lead and manage bi-weekly JIRA sprint planning and execution using agile/scrum methodology to ensure timely delivery of GTM system enhancements.
- Provide industry best practice recommendations for business systems related processes and configuration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to effectively elicit and document requirements while determining business value, project scope, and success metrics
- Lead efforts to identify process improvement opportunities, create process flows, and match technology solutions with process
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, assess, and prioritize business requirements aligned with GTM strategy and roadmap.
- Strong passion for leveraging AI, automation, and agentic solutions to streamline sales workflows and enhance seller productivity.
- Proven ability to manage and maintain a SOX-compliant Salesforce environment, ensuring adherence to audit and change control processes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Business Analysts and Salesforce Administrators to support scalable and resilient GTM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
- Lead evaluations, prepare recommendations, and implement technology solutions to achieve business objectives
- Partner with development teams to transform requirements into a technical solution that meets maintenance, data integrity and security standards
- Provide training and change management leadership to user groups as needed on process & tool changes
- Manage a working list of projects and concurrently work the projects from concept to completion.
- Partner with external software vendors for new applications. Manage relationships with existing vendors.
What will you need to have?
- 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in Revenue Operations or GTM Systems, ideally within high-growth SaaS or Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator is required; Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of sales processes with a proven track record of supporting Sales and GTM teams through systems and automation.
- Past experience with AI and Agentic solutions is desirable
- Deep expertise in the end-to-end GTM funnel, including demand generation, sales execution, and post-sales processes, along with associated tools and best practices.
- Proficiency in core revenue tech stack tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, People.ai, ZoomInfo, and enrichment providers;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to clearly present concepts through decks, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams; highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $180,000 – $200,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
